I may have flunked out of college in 1995, but I never lost my love for theatre. More than two decades later, I returned to school and earned my degree. Since then, I have worked tirelessly to establish The Fierce Arts and Entertainment Group as a creative outlet for aspiring and established theatre artists. Through innovative productions and collaborative experiences, we strive to provide our audiences with captivating and awe-inspiring performances that showcase the best of what theatre can offer.  

 

As a theatre professional for over fifteen year, I’ve learned that success comes down to three things: passion, hard work, and dedication. Starting my own theatre company, The Fierce Arts and Entertainment Group, was a leap of faith, but it paid off. Since then, I’ve produced eight unique and innovative shows in under a year. My mission is to ignite a passion for theatre in every audience member by creating performances that are engaging, immersive, and unforgettable. As a theatre enthusiast with a passion for the arts, I have written and produced over a dozen urban stage plays that bring to life themes of love, tragedy, and humor. My creative approach is dynamic and engaging, and I strive to create productions that keep audiences at the edge of their seats. In addition, I have produced multiple songs, seven of which have been recorded. My extensive experience in the industry enables me to tell stories through powerful lyrics and compelling music..

After years of pursuing my passion for Theatre, I decided to earn a BFA in Playwriting from the University of Houston in May 2020. Since then, I have pivoted towards public education and am currently teaching Theatre to middle schoolers at Bailey Performing and Visual Arts School. This journey has brought me so much joy, and I am always looking for new ways to inspire and challenge my students. Whether through writing or teaching, I am committed to making a difference in the world of Theatre.
