I write about the things families carry, the truths they avoid, and the courage it takes to speak them aloud. My stories are rooted in the lives of people who are complex, funny, faithful, wounded, and still finding their way forward.

My novel *Swept Under the Rug* follows Nia Davis as she confronts painful secrets and begins to reclaim her voice. I wrote it for readers who understand that silence can shape a family for generations—and that telling the truth can be the beginning of healing.

This collection brings together my books, poetry, and other writing. Across every form, I want to create characters who feel real and stories that stay with you after the last page.
