Cancellation Policy
Here’s the updated Online Booking Policy for One-on-One Writing Workshops & Consultations, now including refund policies for full payments and a disclaimer about pricing adjustments. Online Booking Policy for One-on-One Writing Workshops & Consultations Booking & Payment - One-on-One Writing Workshops and Consultations are priced as follows: ✅ $65 per hour ✅ $130 for two hours ✅ Any additional time beyond two hours is $25 per 30-minute increment - A non-refundable booking fee of $65 is required to secure your session. This fee will be applied toward your total session cost. - Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling & Cancellations - If you need to **reschedule or cancel, you must do so **at least 24 hours before** your session. Your $65 booking fee can be applied to a future session within 30 days. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your session or no-shows forfeit the booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. Refund Policy for Full Payments - If you have paid in full and cancel at least 24 hours before your session, you are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable $65 booking fee OR you can apply the full amount as a credit toward a rescheduled session within 30 days. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your session or no-shows will not be refunded. Late Arrivals & Additional Time - Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no partial refunds will be issued. - If you require additional time beyond the scheduled session, it will be billed at $25 per additional 30 minutes, subject to availability. No-Show Policy - A "no-show" is considered a missed session without prior notice. No refunds or rescheduling options will be available in this case. Pricing Adjustments & Policy Changes - Pricing is subject to change. However, once you have booked and paid for a session, your rate will remain locked in for that appointment. - The terms of this policy may be updated at any time, and all bookings will be subject to the most recent version of the policy at the time of scheduling.
